OUR GUIDE TO HELP YOU CHOOSE THE SUITABLE ADVENTURE
SUMMER GUIDE 
Summer hill walking and Munro bagging requires you to have a good amount of fitness. The terrain changes throughout different mountain ranges meaning some mountains can be more demanding than others, bigger or technical days would require you to have previous experience.
This guide below is to help you decide what hikes/ events would be suitable for your personal fitness and experience level.
KEEP IT SIMPLE - ⛰️                                                                                                                                                                                                                      For those who prefer a more relaxed approach to the hills where the pace will be kept slower. These events will be shorter hill days with less ascent. Ideal if you are new to Munro Bagging.
MODERATE - ⛰️⛰️                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         For those who have previous hiking experience and good hill fitness. These events would be a longer hill day where it would be physically more demanding, have some minor scrambling terrain and cover larger distance and ascent.
ADVANCED - ⛰️⛰️⛰️                                                                                                                                                                                                                    For those who have previous hiking experience, good hill fitness and are up for a challenge or big day out on the hills. These events could cover technical terrain ( up to grade one ) , will have a larger amount of ascent and distance and require a good head for heights.

WINTER GUIDE                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Winter skills courses requires you to have a good amount of previous summer hiking experience, good hill fitness and the basic navigation skills. Guided winter hikes - you MUST have attended a winter skills course ( using crampons and ice axe ) or have previous winter experience using crampons and ice axe.                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Good Weather and Snowpack conditions could allow for an achievable day, but having Strong hill fitness , the correct kit and skills will be massively beneficial to joining a winter group event.                                                                                                                                                                              The weather and snowpack conditions will dictate exactly whether our winter events will run, safety will always be our first choice, We may have to opt for a back up plan to still allow for an achievable winters day out.

WINTER BEGINNER - ⛰️                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            For those who are new to winter hiking and want to gain skills before heading out on the hills.                                                                                                    The Winter Beginners cover - Introduction to winter / 1 & 2 day winter skills courses / weather and avalanche courses 
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  MODERATE - ⛰️⛰️                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         For those who have previous summer and winter hiking experience with strong hill fitness. These events will be our one day skills refreshers or shorter hill days taking in one or two Munros max. You must have previous winter hiking experience using crampons and ice axe or have been on a winter skills course ( using crampons and ice axe ) to be able to attend this event. 
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     ADVANCED - ⛰️⛰️⛰️                                                                                                                                                                                                                    For those who have previous summer and strong winter hiking experience, good hill fitness and are up for a challenge or bigger day out on the hills. These events could cover technical terrain ( up to grade one ) , will have a larger amount of ascent and distance and require a good head for heights.
