Beinn Eighe - £65 per person
2 MUNROS
ASCENT - 1116M
TIME - 7/9 HOURS
DISTANCE - 18KM
The western summits of Beinn Eighe make for a brilliant day out on the hills taking in two munros and covering steep, rugged and rocky terrain. This event is ideal for those with previous hiking experience and good hill fitness.
What the day includes -
We will meet in the morning and car share up to the starting point, leaving a few cars at the end point to save a few KMs of tarmac bashing after a long day.
From there we will start our hike pulling up into Coire an Laoigh, a steep start from the get go! Making our way to the first summit of the day , Spidean Coire nan Clach. Once we have reached the rough and rugged summit we will enjoy a well deserved break and bite to eat.
With the rest of our hike now in view along with the breathtaking views of Torridon we will head for our second munro, A good bit of ground with some tops en route as we make our way towards Ruadh Stac Mor.
From here we will retrace our steps back down to the Bealach and drop down into Coire Mhic Fhearchair, one of Scotlands most outstanding coires with Tripple Buttress looming high above. It’s always worth an extra break stop here before we catch the path out the Coire.
The day isn’t quite over yet as we have a good amount of ground to cover for the walk back out to the end point.
There will be plenty breaks and photo opportunities throughout the day.
Kit list and meeting location will be received upon booking.

There is also a campsite next to the youth hostel which is free to camp with shower and toilet facilities which they ask for a donation ( card ). Please note you cannot reserve pitches it’s just a turn up and see if there is a spot available.
Also a campervan area which asks for a donations just across from the campsite, again it’s a no reservations and just turn up and see if a spot is available
