An early start for a big day ahead. Meeting in the morning we will start our hike with a good bit of distance and ascent to cover before reaching our first Munro. Boggy in sections on the approach but we soon make our way up towards Creag Dubh Fannaich, the views from here over to the o Munros looks impressive. Continuing on from the bealach for a pull up the first Munro of the day , Beinn Laith Mhor Fannaich.
After a good break and bite to eat we will continue along the ridge , taking in Sgurr Mor the highest Munro of the day.
The views continuing along the ridge are spectacular with rocky cliffs falling down into the lochan filled corries.
Reascending to reach the third summit of the day, Meall Gorm. With one more to go , An Coileachan is our fourth and last summit of the day. We will be covering a mixture of terrain throughout the day as we cover these four peaks.
After a break and refuel for the long walk out we will start to descend. We have a good bit of ground to cover with some boggy, rough going sections before reaching back to the cars.
