Sgor Gaoith - Winter Hike - cairngorms - £60 per person

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Join us for the day for a guided winter walk , taking in one of the Glen Feshie Munros, Sgor Gaoith. This hike makes for an excellent day out on the hills and some stunning summit views.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             What the day includes -
We will meet at 8.30am and start our walk through the magnificent pinewoods then making our way up to Coire Ruadh and pulling up to the plateau. From here you can see the vast land of the cairngorms and the rolling plateaus of many other munros in the area. The contrast between the east and west in unreal and the gorms really do make you feel tiny!
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              We will continue to the summit and enjoy a well deserved break & bite to eat. There will be plenty breaks and photo opportunities on this walk.
We will descend back down the same way at a leisurely pace to suit all.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               This event is ideal for those who are looking to experience hiking in Winter or Bagging a new Munro, all under the safety of a Winter Mountain Leader.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           You must supply your own B2 BOOTS.
Ice axe, crampons and helmet will be provided by the instructor.
