Learn to abseil  - £35 per person

                                                                                                                                                                                                            Are you looking at advancing your climbing skills and rope work or maybe just want to try some abseiling for a day to build confidence for your Munro round ? This event is ideal for those who have attended one of our intro to rock climbing events or those with previous climbing experience.
                                                                                                                                                                                                             What the evening includes -
We will meet at 6pm and head to the crag where we will have a quick warm up session and get kitted up.
Learn how to set up an anchor at low level first and get used to the feeling of leaning back on the rope before we move to the top of the crag and get ready to abseil. This will help build your confidence and practice your rope work before abseiling off the crag.
Once we are at the top of the crag We will set up an anchor and then abseil off. You will have a chance to practice movement and techniques for abseiling throughout the evening.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Helmet , harness and climbing shoes can be hired at £10 per person. Please state if you require to hire equipment upon booking along with shoe and waist size.
